Rep. Greg Steube: Why did Mayorkas repeatedly deny Trump’s request for additional Secret Service?

Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) suggests there was intentional lapse in Secret Service protection for former President Donald Trump the day of his assassination attempt. “Secretary Mayorkas repeatedly refused multiple attempts from Trump’s Secret Service detail for more assets,” he says. “So why would you refuse that unless there was an intent to expose Donald Trump to having some type of lethality because you didn’t have the assets on the ground that his Secret Service team was requesting?”
