Peterloo Daddy Dragon and the ECS English Constitution Society. The slaughter of innocent unarmed English white working class at Peters Field Manchester England in 1819. Why? They asked for the vote and then were making a declaration to pay no tax. This was one event, there were others and contagion was feared by the ruling class. They needed to control the largest movement of workers since the peasants revolt.
