Slitterhead is a battle action-adventure game set in the chaotic, densely packed streets of Kowlong.

Players assume the role of "Hyoki," an entity with no memory or physical form, driven by a single purpose: to eliminate the monstrous "Slitterheads" that disguise themselves as humans.

As Hyoki roams the neon-lit cityscape, he must seek out allies among the "Rarities," a group of humans, while infiltrating dangerous organizations and engaging in intense battles fueled by the power of blood.

The game unravels a suspenseful drama, exploring the mystery of Hyoki's existence and the Slitterheads' origin.
