🤩 Rolled Spinach Tortilla 😋

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
4 large eggs
2 garlic cloves
100 g spinach
4 slices of Gouda cheese
5 slices of ham
A pinch of salt
Olive oil
PREPARATION: 1. Sauté the chopped garlic in a frying pan with a dash of oil. When it starts to brown, add the chopped spinach and sauté everything together. Set aside. 2. Beat the eggs and add the sautéed spinach. Heat the frying pan well and add the mixture. Turn it over and finish cooking. 3. Place the tortilla on top of a sheet of baking paper and fill with the slices of cheese and ham. Roll it up using the baking paper and seal the edges. 4. Put the roll in the microwave for two minutes so that all the cheese melts. Remove the baking paper and place on a serving tray.
