Tribute to Dr. Robert Duncan

Dr. Duncan, a former CIA scientist turned whistleblower who exposed the shocking realities of advanced mind control technologies like V2K (Voice to Skull) and RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring). Dr. Duncan’s work revealed how these technologies were developed for intelligence operations and later used in unauthorized psychological experiments on individuals. Despite his efforts to raise awareness through books such as "Project Soul Catcher" and "How to Tame a Demon," his untimely death on July 8, 2024, raises unsettling questions about whether he was silenced for revealing too much.
