If you believe there were two shooters, know the details and are confident you can explain it, YOU can go on his show and discuss, just @ him on X. If you're a small account and you're deboosted i.e. didn't pay the $8, talk about stuff they don't want you to, follow or engage with accounts they don't want you to, etc. it might take a few tries to get his attention.
