Protesters gathered on Thursday morning outside the University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security (DPSS) for a press conference and rally, calling for the release of one arrestee still in police custody after Wednesday's arrests during the pro-Palestinian demonstration at The Diag on campus

Demonstrators talked about Wednesday's police response to the demonstration, and chanted outside DPSS as some officers were positioned outside and nearby along Kipke Drive

The arrestee was released shortly following the filming of this video
