Customers Wanted (1939) - Popeye and Bluto are running rival Penny Arcades at a carnival. And, of course, fighting over ONE customer - Wimpy! After each tries to show Wimpy segments from previous cartoons. Of course, it eventually leads to a fight between the two -- and it's Wimpy who makes the money!
