National Cheese Pizza Day

Today, 09/05/2024, is NATIONAL CHEESE PIZZA DAY! I always like pizza with LOTS of toppings, but recently we made "personal" pizzas with the kids, using tortilla shells, pizza sauce or bbq sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Eddie cooked them on the firepit and the were delicious! What are your favorite pizza toppings?
