A top CIA agent from the USA (on Earth) has gone missing in Cabeza (on Mars), and a whole new interplanetary conflict may be brewing...

Having dispatched his entire police force to locate the corpse of the enhanced, cosmic super-spy known as Plastic Risotto, Sheriff Bill steals a CIA space-craft and immediately crashes it down the middle of Pencil Street, killing one innocent bystander and wounding scores more.

President Elvis Presley makes an emergency telephone call to Mars, issuing drunken threats and ultimatums; Dr. Pukebert arrives on the scene of one devastating Martian tragedy, before soon being faced with a much grimmer one; Monica Berbergerber warns Sheriff Bill that Mars' Consular General, Wang Ding Bao, wants more control over the ongoing KAARP investigation; Space-Byron reunites with Andy-Robot and the two decide to settle old scores under cover of darkness; Cabeza Policia officers Mike, Kevin, Pedro, and Cumbot find themselves in a deadly situation; Sex Robot Candy-IV at last decides to channel her psycho-meditative powers to locate the missing remains of Plastic Risotto; Truby delivers a truly confounding question to John Berbergerber, inside the fifth dimension; Sheriff Bill finds himself alone and hungry, without friends, without answers, and without a feasible strategy; The vile gamester General Wang Ding Bao begins to lose his patience with all parties; Emory Bunny struggles in the Wasteland, at night, coping with ghosts and monsters, and finally gives in to the temptation to use an Emergency Device that may impact the course of the future...
