Hansen's grandfather's records suggest the program was moved from Wright Patterson air force base to Dugway Proving Ground in Utah.

Now he's meeting Dave Rosenfeld who has been documenting strange activity around the base for years.

Dave was able to capture evidence that suggests strange things are afoot at Dugway.
