Joe Metheny was an American serial killer who became infamous for his gruesome crimes in the 1990s. Metheny, who was active primarily in Baltimore, Maryland, was known for his brutal murders and for claiming to have dismembered his victims and served their remains in burgers to unwitting customers at his roadside food stand.
