Planks for Progress: (Day 17) Improving Core Strength [Crawdad Sniper 'Axolotl']

Day 17, and my second plank in the state of Alabama, from my 30-day planking challenge. I'm going for 5-minutes, and I'm gonna plank tf outta that goal, boiiii. My first few planks felt like steps backwards in comparison to my performances in Illinois, and I'll be honest, it was a little frustrating at first. However, I took my own advice, of which I've shared with you, and kept consistent in my approach. There are two more planks in the state of Alabama to go, two more attempts to set a new personal record. Alabama is getting planked, and they ain't ready for this Bear's body of work.
