Another Elderly Muslim Assaulted Amid Increasing Violence

Yesterday, we reported an incident in which an elderly Muslim man was abused for his appearance. Today, another elderly Muslim, Haji Ashraf Munyar, was assaulted on a train by Hindu extremists and falsely accused of carrying beef. This incident highlights the rise in hate crimes against Muslims, despite hopes that such violence would decrease after the BJP's poor results and the significant gains by the opposition in recent elections.
