Woman’s Fake Check Scam At Walmart Fails Miserably

On October 2nd, 2022, officers responded to a trespass at Walmart. An employee notified the police that a previously trespassed male and female had just tried to cash a fraudulent check. Officers immediately tracked them down. The male ran away, but luckily, other officers were already present in the area and chased him. Shortly after, both of them were taken to the police units. They were charged with resisting arrest, fraud of 250 to 500 dollars and contempt of court.
