The Kingdom of God is Within You -- Or Is It?

Many reject a literal future kingdom here on earth established by Christ at his second coming. They insist that the kingdom Christ promised is a spiritual kingdom in the hearts of men, and they point to Luke 17:21 as proof, "the kingdom of God is within you." Is this interpretation upheld by the context, by related passages, and by the Bible's teaching on the kingdom itself?
