Trump taps transition team

The gang from 2016 is getting back together, and why wouldn’t President Trump be considering another female now at the top of the Democratic ticket as well as many other similarities to 2016? It seems like an obvious decision to bring in the team that actually won Trump the Presidency.
But is the Trump team expanding being generated naturally as they get closer to election day or is a sign the President does not like the current path of the campaign and bringing in a group who has delivered a victory against expectations.
