Removing Blind Hole Needle Bearings

This trick works for all kinds of blind hole bearings.

Always replace the needle when putting in a brand new HD front output shaft.

The years that Suzuki sold the most Samurai 86-89 had a thin front output gear. The dealers had their hands full with people comparing about popping out of gear under load. Suzuki changed to a thicker gear for better coupling. Unfortunately, less than 10% of all 4x4 had the better gear. We have Japan HD front output shafts at very competitive pricing.
