trying new earphones out

I'm trying my IEMs out ( in ear monitors) instead of my bulky head phones. They work great,but I can't get my radio ear buds working on the Bluetooth my module isn't pairing with them,but it pairs with my phone pffftttt yamaha get your act together, this day and age you can Bluetooth anything except yamaha prox drum module.
