Weirdo Topic

My neighbors have witness this lunatic that i'm mentioning showing up to my house flashing his gun, this was several times, the person i'm mentioning also stalked me (followed me around) and wanted to fight me; while holding his gun; this is while i'm trying to walk away from him and his buddy. Detectives are aware of this person i am mentioning as reports were made about him. this person i am mentioning has a history of pulling out his gun on people, reaching for his gun, and making threats against people while clinching his gun.

Also, Recently: this person shot someone with his gun while he was live streaming.
Side Note:
I've spoke with several Psychologists and in their opinion this person most likely has paranoid-personality disorder, and he surely should not own a firearm.
