Kansas Files Civil Action Against Pfizer

09/03/2024 Kansas Attorney General Chris Kobach: Earlier this week, Kansas filed a Kansas Consumer Protection action against Pfizer, seeking monetary civil penalties, damages, and injunctive relief for Pfizer making misleading and deceptive claims to the marketplace and consumers, in order to encourage them to consume the Pfizer vaccine. Despite knowing that its COVID-19 vaccine was harmful to pregnant women, Pfizer continued to promote the vaccine as safe for them.
