How To Plumb A Turtle. Wanted A Better Pond Feature & Help The Fish.

I bought a $20 plastic lawn/landscape turtle to fit atop the copper cupola I already had but it looked "strange" as one of my neighbors said. I drilled it, made a plexiglass base, mounted it and it looks pretty good.
