The Quran's idea of Allah breathing his spirit into Mary is a total mess. It says Allah sent his spirit into Mary’s private parts to make her pregnant. Muslims claim the spirit is Gabriel, but then they say it’s also Allah’s spirit. This is a confused teaching, exposing contradictions in Islam’s so-called monotheism. They criticize the Christian Trinity, but in reality, their teaching has a form of a "trinity" with Allah, Gabriel, and the spirit all playing separate roles in creation.
