On August 26, 2024 in Washington D.C., when Congress was officially on summer vacation for 6 weeks at the time, five Republican all-stars in the U.S. House of Representatives (listed alphabetically) #AndyBiggs (R-AZ), #EliCrane (R-AZ), #MattGaetz (R-FL), #CoryMills (R-FL) and #ChipRoy (R-TX) hosted a hearing on their own time, which was 45 days after the attempted assassination of the former, the 45th, and mostly likely 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

The U.S. Representatives questioned #DanBongino, a former United States Secret Service special agent; #ErikPrince, a former United States Navy SEAL officer; and #BenShaffer, a Washington D.C. regional SWAT operator, who were the witnesses discussing the timeline of events in #Butler, #Pennsylvania and whether negligence by The U.S. Secret Service displayed incompetence or potentially nefarious intent on Saturday, July 13, 2034 at 6:11 p.m. ET.

When the 20-year-old #ThomasMatthewCrooks tried to kill Trump before he was belatedly shot and killed by a Secret Service counter-sniper, Mr. Crooks had already fired 8 rounds at #DonaldTrump. And according the local D.A., either a Butler or County SWAT sniper also got off one round as well BEFORE the Secret Secrvice sniper made the kill shot, and that may have distracted Crooks for a moment (for a total of 10 rounds to be found and examined.)
