Being BORN of the Spirit is not the Same as Being FILLED with the Spirit

It's one thing to be BORN of the Holy Spirit, it's another things to be FILLED with the Holy Spirit. When you accept Jesus as Lord, the Holy Spirit comes to dwell IN you, but when, as a believer you are FILLED with the Holy Spiirt that's the Holy Spirit coming UPON you.

Jesus is God's gift to the unbeliever.

The Holy Spirit is God's gift to the believer.
