Ingredients: -
• 500g mince (قیمہ)
• 1 medium size onion (crushed) (کرش پیاز)
• 1 tbsp ginger paste (لہسن پیسٹ)
• Fresh coriander (دھنیا)
• 1 tomato (ٹماٹر)
• 1 onion (پیاز)
• 4 green chilies (سبز مرچیں)
• 1 tsp salt(نمک)
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper (کٹی لال مرچ)
• ½ tsp red pepper powder (لال مرچ پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp cumin powder (زیرہ پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp dried coriander powder (خشک دھنیا پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp black pepper (کالی مرچ)
Recipe: -
1. Add all the spices to the mince. Then add crushed onion, ginger paste, and coriander.
2. Properly mix the mixture and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
3. Make small patties-shaped kofta kebab from mince
4. In a pan, add 4 tbsp oil and heat the oil.
5. Add kebabs to the oil and fry properly for 2-3 minutes.
6. Then turn the side, cover with a lid, and let it cook for a few minutes on low flame.
7. Remove the lid and fry for another 2-3 minutes until it gets dark brown.
8. In the same pan, add onion, tomato and green chilies. Cook them for several minutes until they are soft.
9. Then place the kebabs in the vegetables in the pan and cover them with a lid.
10. Let them cook for a few minutes.
11. Delicious Kofta Kebabs are ready to be served.
