Compensation for the disabled

Yesterday, on August 6, 2024, there were reports in the media in Israel that there is an intention to make extensive cuts in government offices because of the consequences and damages of the "Iron Swords" war.
One of the cuts in question is the cancellation of the linking of disability allowances to the average wage in the economy - and in the reality of rising prices, it is clear that this means the erosion of the allowances and the worsening of the situation of the disabled.

My conclusion is that some economic mechanism must be urgently found through which the disabled in Israel will be compensated for this serious injury.
