Is there a singular model given in scripture for the FORM of the leadership structure of the church? If yes, what is that model? If no, what models are given? Does the Bible tell us what the FUNCTION(s) of the church should be? If yes, what is/are those FUNCTION(s)? How should the QUALIFICATIONS for church leadership be understood?
