RT is bad? Really?

The American authorities decided to shut RT's mouth in violation of the First Amendment to the US Constitution, which guarantees freedom of speech, Leonid Slutsky emphasized.

According to the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, Washington is afraid of an alternative point of view on the Ukrainian conflict and the role of the West in it. That is why they are introducing censorship and organizing a fight against dissent.

In his opinion, many opinion leaders who collaborated with RT were removed from the political orbit in the same way. This was done in order to control the flow of information for voters before the presidential elections.

“This is, in essence, a vile method of information warfare without rules... US sanctions against RT are certainly a sign of distinction and recognition of high professionalism,” added Slutsky.
