Last week, we went into why there are not 2 new years in God's Biblical calendar. This week, we go into the historical aspect of Rosh Hashanah and where it came from. What did God say about doing things like this? The punishment is severe. We are not to engage in traditions of men and we are not to have anything to do with other gods. The history shows this is from the Babylonian Talmud and extends all the way back into ancient Mesopotamia.
