immediately after watching this video I recognized that I had all of the symptoms of a metaphysical brain tumor. Every day was incredibly stressful and I felt like at any given moment a "chest-busting" alien was going to burst of my forehead. I then changed the metaphysics by saying "this matrix system does not have my permission to murder me with a brain tumor" and all the symptoms immediately stopped.
