In this story:
Weakened and still injured from her battle with Clash Master and Clash Cat, Lady Ultra is doing all she can to protect her city while on the run from the supervillains that are hunting her. She soon encounters the villainess, Mentallix! The villain uses her psionic powers to defeat Lady Ultra and now subjects our heroine to pain and humiliation unlike she has ever encountered before.
