Saturday Studies Daniel 2 9-7-2024

In Daniel chapter 2, Daniel interprets King Nebuchadnezzar's dream. It is a chronological prophecy of the times of the Gentiles. It goes from the time of Daniel, up to our day, and beyond our day when the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ comes back to set up His eternal Kingdom. Because Daniel was able to tell the King's dream and then also interpret it, he was made the head of the wise men and became like the second in importance in the Babylonian Empire. He also requested for his three friends, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah to be given special jobs as well.
It's another example of God having His man, or men, in the right place at the right time to accomplish God's plan and purpose. It also furthered Daniel's relationship with King Nebuchadnezzar which I believe will allow him to have an impact on Nebuchadnezzar becoming a believer in the one true God.
