It's to put on his "angry eyes" like Mr Potato Head, then kick off his sentence with an angry phrase such as, "And BY the WAY!!!..." He does a tone that is a pretty good imitation of Veruca Salt singing her "I want a ..." song! It also starts off: "And BY the WAY...!" Then he'll continue with his "speech". It will be something along the lines of, "....IT'S CALLED...uh...it's called...ummm... bzrzichus... bazzooza muh...it's called... something...uh..." And that's IT. He just stops. At least Kamala will throw a "joyful" little laugh to the crowd, as Vladimir has noticed! :)
