AMNH- 2.1 - The English Explorations and Foundations of America

In this chapter we go over more about the English Explorations and the colonies they tried to develop in North Carolina. We find out that Sir Walter Raleigh (who we learned about in the Secret Destiny of America series), had a half brother and we go into detail about the previous 2 colonies that Raleigh, Gilbert, and Grenville tried to settle before the third colony went missing. The famous Lost Colony of Roanoke. At the end of the reading of the chapter the Heye Conciousness team has their own debate about what happened to the colony.
