I'm just going to come out and say it: Arroyo should have been a much larger district. No I take that back... All of Santo Domingo needed to be expanded and everything in it should have been more densely packed together like the Kabuki waterfront.

It's way too interesting of a place to explore to just leave it as it is: all the gigs and side jobs cleared out too fast and too easily.

Some of them you can knock off in just a couple of minutes without even a hint of challenge involved.
