How to make Delectable baked Meatballs

Great Recipe for delectable baked Meatballs, delicious with homemade chunky Tomato Sauce. Or make them smaller and use as an Appetizer with Dipping Sauce.

Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/4 cup Rice, raw
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
3 tbsp Parsley, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Egg
1-2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
2-3 tbsp Italian Style Bread Crumbs

Cook Rice, set aside and cool.
Preheat Oven 400°F.
Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Combine Beef, Rice, Onion, Parsley, Oregano, Parmesan, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Egg, BBQ Sauce & Bread Crumbs, mix.
Form equal sized Meat Balls (16), place on Baking Sheet.
Bake 20-22 Minutes.
