Vancouver Machete Attack: Preventable!

Over the past week two men were attached with a machete in Vancouver. One lost his life and the other lost a hand. Chief Constable Adam Palmer wants to assure people that Vancouver is a safe city, and he has the statistics to back it up! But does he? In this video we will discuss the incidents and whether the stats can be trusted.
