Strange WAW-WAW Sound Coming from the Sky or Below Ground?

On the morning of September 4th, 2024, I woke up to hear this strange "waw-waw" sound, and I immediately started recording it. If I sound dazed in the video, it's because it takes me an hour or so to actually wake up and be ready for the day.

Because I recorded only 7 minutes or so of the sound, I am wondering when it actually started and if it occurred throughout the night?

Anyone remember the trumpets sounding in the sky many years ago?
