Nevada is Letting Me Register to Vote, From Abroad, with NO STATE ID ... this Cannot Be Good

The state of Nevada, in a title election, is allowing me to register to vote from abroad, with no state ID. How many bad actors do you think might take the state up on this, and intense of thousands of extra ballots?
