These people talk about "our cause". What is this "cause?"

Islamist openly discussing working with other ‘minorities’ in order to weaken and bring down the British ‘majority’. It looks like they want to use the concept of their deity as a justification for suppression of all other views. Can all this be said to be compatible with a democratic and liberal society?
