Here's what you can expect:
My name is Sheela Krishna and I am a recovered survivor of Childhood Sexual Abuse as well as a whole human leadership coach and transcendental sound healer. I create spaces for people to heal and build a life that lights them up. I have spent over 15 years immersed in the world of personal development, spirituality and self-healing and have been a coach for over a decade. I have helped my clients heal from grief, find true love, build more confidence and discover and create the career they truly desire. As a transcendental sound healer, I create music that helps release and integrate stuck emotions, provide spiritual insight and bring peace and calm to my listeners.

On the show, I will discuss my experience with Childhood Sexual Abuse and what I did to overcome the trauma that resulted from my abuse. I will share what trauma symptoms I experienced from the abuse and what I did to heal from them. I will share how I transformed my pain into purpose and how we can find meaning in even the most challenging experiences. I will also share how I discovered my voice and ended up in the worlds of coaching and music and how that’s contributed to my recovery.
