The courts will not save us. Historically, the Supreme Court has failed time and again, making decisions that have harmed countless lives and tarnished our nation's values. From the legal horrors of "Separate but Equal" to the chilling words "Three generations of imbeciles are enough," these decisions expose the human flaws of the highest court in the land.
