Grilled Pork Empanadas XL🔥 Amazing everywhere you look! Flavor x inside and x outside, crunchy dough x the cooking on the grill and the smoked wood that gives you that plus to differentiate you!!!
First cook the pork 12 minutes on the side... For the stuffing: in the wok, olive oil, onion, green and red bell pepper, green onion... season with (salt, pepper, ground chili, paprika, cumin) add the chopped pork and to finish cold, add green onion!!!!
I used puff pastry lids, ideal for this type of cooking, and then I grilled them over low heat for about 15 minutes per cooking side, approximately! What do you think? Did you make them?
