We will disclose a recent reported incident involving a mental health inmate being locked in a cage outside for four days. The inmate was reportedly left outside in a cage with no bed and no bathroom. Reports indicate the Department of Corrections pepper sprayed the inmate with a huge container of pepper spray, repeatedly shot him with pepper balls and he was tazed to extract him from the cage. That is not a cell extraction, that is classified as torture. We will talk about other instances of mental health abuse reported to have occurred in the Department of Human Services. We will discuss how Oklahoma’s agencies are completely out of control and why.
