EU Funds 'Ground-Breaking' Wind-Powered Freight Ships to Reduce Fossil Fuel Use

Since conventional freight shipping requires fossil fuels, which "contribute to climate change quite substantially", the EU is funding a "ground-breaking" project to develop freight ships propelled by... the wind.

Why didn't anybody think of that before?!
