Confidence Conquers Anxiety!

First official vball playtime! Her anxiety did NOT win tonight! I saw the struggle. I saw the little mistake here or there (who cares). But to her, they are huge. Everyone is allowed to make mistakes BUT her (so she thinks). I keep telling her to fight. Don’t let your anxiety win. Don’t let it control you. Her anxiety was in her head some tonight but in time, I know she will soon have that in the back of her mind. Her confidence will grow. You got this!!! Super proud mom right here!
