Giving Hidden Abilities to Pokémon that Have NONE

One of the best parts of Pokémon Abilities is having variety to make your Pocket Monster be able to pull off different tricks, even getting an extra HIDDEN Ability! However a small portion of Pokémon are not so lucky and they have no Hidden Ability whatsoever, despite having the perfect setup for some, so let's see if we can give these Pokémon a break and let them have the same fun as everyone else...
