How NATO Expanded

The video doesn’t cover Finland and Sweden. They joined 2023 and 2024, respectively. Wonder why?

NATO expands wherever it pleases, russia doesn't own Poland, Ukraine or the Baltic countries.
If russia wanted to keep them in its sphere of influence, it should have proposed an arrangement that suited them too instead of trying to destroy them as a people/culture.

Its like having Russian boots in Mexico, or Canada. Except Eastern Ukraine is just 200 miles to the capital, Moscow. This would be far more aggressive as missiles in Turkey and Cuba ever were; let alone technological advancements.

How is a defensive military alliance the same as invading your neighbours?
