Dawn Morris started in the industry more than 25 years ago back in Fort Collins Colorado. In the 90s, there seemed very little chance for legalization in our lifetime, but that didn't stop Dawn from owning and operating a head shop, Higher Education. In the early 2000s Dawn moved to Virginia where she met Seth Feiner. At the time Seth was a real estate investor and cannabis enthusiast. Using their shared business acumen and friendship they decided to move
Higher Education to Charlottesville Virginia in 2015. Higher Education soon become a beacon of information concerning all things smoking related. Higher Education is the place to go for quality products and information concerning the many different cannabinoids, how they affect our bodies as well as the ever changing legal landscape we must navigate.
They help individuals find the best herbal remedy for their ailments and help them grow their own medicine. Their desire to help people has expanded beyond their local area. In 2020 they created the podcast Coughy Talk. Virginia's first cannabis podcast. Through their continued efforts, Dawn, Seth and Higher Education will continue to help people on their cannabis journey.
